Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bitnode Labs (“Bitnode Labs”, “we”, “us” and “our”). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return & Refund Policy.

Return requirements.

We will be happy to offer you either a full refund or replacement of any product purchased from our store which you return in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You have contacted us to request a return within 14 days (cooling-off period) from the date of delivery.
  • You have the order receipt or other proof of purchase.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, unworn, unaltered, unstained, undamaged and/or unmodified in any way.
  • Return all original product packaging with tags attached, including boxes, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the product.
  • Return all items and accessories delivered with the product, including power adapters, plug adapters, power cords, cables, manuals, warranty, stickers, and free gifts or bonus items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions, in our sole discretion.

How to return an order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and to request a return, you should first contact us at support@bitnodelabs.com for approval. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our customer support team will evaluate the issue and help you complete a return for any of the following cases: (a) unopened, unused or unworn product; (b) product is faulty, not as described or does not do what it's supposed to; (c) product damaged in transit; (d) wrong product was received.

Return shipping.

If your product is eligible for return, we will issue you with a return note by email, including a return shipping label which you can print off and affix to your return package. Please note that you will need to arrange a suitable packaging with padding inside to ensure items are safe and secure during shipping. For best service to your return, we suggest using a reputable carrier along with having a shipment tracking number. We shall not be responsible for loss or damage to the items while in transit to us.

Please note that we'll only refund your return shipping costs if the issue is found to be related to a faulty product, the product was damaged in transit, or the wrong product was received.

Refunds (if applicable).

If for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund of your order within 14 days of receiving it, by contacting us at support@bitnodelabs.com. Once we’ve received your product back and verified it is in right condition as expressed above, you’ll be fully refunded on your original payment method, within 10 days of receipt. You can also choose to receive your refund in the form of store credit. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your product isn't returned in the exact condition it was received, you may get a partial refund. This includes items that are missing nonessential parts or tags, or have other signs of use.

Return disclaimer.

Kindly note that your return may be denied if the product back is received in incomplete or damaged condition, or the original state has been modified or altered in any way. Returns for orders older than 30 days are eligible for replacement or store credit only. We reserve the right to limit the replacement of products that cannot be restocked.
