Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bitnode Labs ("Bitnode Labs", “we”, “us” and “our”). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping address.

We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide us. Please make sure all address information is correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part. Once an order has shipped, you cannot change the shipping address on an international order, so errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.

Shipment processing time.

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will let you know via email and we will make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates.

The shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated according to the country of destination and displayed at checkout. We do not charge handling fees. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed containing your tracking number. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

International shipping.

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that may apply at customs in your country. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with your country’s customs office the conditions for importing their shipment (prohibitions, restrictions, limitations, etc.) and to find out what documents may be required on arrival, including the commercial invoice, certificate of origin, licences or/and special authorisations for border controls.

Custom duties, tariffs and taxes.

International shipments may be subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on imported goods when transported across international borders. Any custom duties, tariffs, fees or taxes that may apply to your order, during or after shipping, must be paid by the shipment's recipient in order to collect the packages pending customs clearance.

Shipping liability.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, failure to perform, detention or delay in delivery of products, occurred or taken place during the period of the carrier's responsibility, which is not attributable to the seller.

Shipping damage.

We are not liable for any damage of the products in transit. If you notice significant damage to your package upon receipt, please ask the courier to open the box and visually inspect the contents with you. In case the content is damaged, a parcel damage report should be filed in the presence of the courier. Then please contact us immediately at support@bitnodebox.com with the details, including all documents needed to claim the parcel (order receipt, damage report, and photos of the damage). If you notice any damage after the courier has left, you have 14 days to report us the damage so that you can request a return. Please read our Return Policy for detailed information.
